Resumen

This document is part of a collaborative research project organized by the International Association of Youth and Family Magistrates (AIMJF) on children below the minimum age of criminal responsibility. The article explains the applicable measures, the procedures adopted, the rights of the child, and their participation in the Protection and Justice System in Brazil.
